We are an online marketplace based in Jamaica.
HOW TO LIST A PRODUCT?
Send us an email with full details of the item you want to list. We require a picture and video of product for us to perform our evaluation.

*Furniture, appliances & electronics must be valued at 20,000 JMD or 129 USD.
​
*Home decor & art must valued at 8,000 JMD or 50 USD.
​

WHAT PRODUCTS CAN I LIST?
You can list furniture, appliances, electronics, art and home decor.

*All items must be in good condition
IS IT FREE TO LIST?
Listing with us is fast and FREE.
*Our commission rate is 15% on furniture, appliances and art

*Our commission rate is 10% on home decor and electronics
HOW DOES PAYOUTÂ WORK?
Payout is issued via bank transfer following delivery.
WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
We only accept payments via bank transfer and cash on delivery.
*To secure your order, we require 50% deposit of an item via bank transfer and the remaining balance upon pick-up or delivery payable with cash.

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND & RETURN POLICY?
Once the product has been received from buyer, there will be no refund or exchange.

CAN I LIST A PRODUCT FROM OUTSIDE OF JAMAICA?
Yes. You can only list home decor and art.

*Weight must be under 100 lbs.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY LISTED ITEM IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE FOR SALE?
If your item becomes unavailable for sale, please to update us via email or send us a direct message on any of our social media accounts immediately. This way you won't end up having a very disappointed buyer.
DO YOU HANDLE SHIPPING?
At this time, Pricerite Home Store is only able to assist with the shipping of items within Jamaica.

For items located outside of Jamaica: you are responsible for picking a shipping partner, securely packing sold items, and handling all shipping arrangements including any import fees.
You have the option to offer free shipping or to add a charge. Once your listing has sold, we are not able to make any additional charges to the buyer.
Once your item sells, we ask that you ship promptly; within 3 days for parcel and within 15 days for furniture and larger items. Please ensure that all parcel-shipped items are sent via a trackable method (FedEx, UPS, etc).
CAN I PICK-UP AN ITEM?
Please view the description of the listing if it qualifies for FREE pickup. If it does, send us your request.
